I have a sweet summer crush this savory lycopene rich juicy red fruit.  So much so, that each year I plant roughly 75 tomato plants and can at least 5 dozen jars of tomatoes.  Its actually my favorite thing to can and my favorite thing to cook with.  Here are 10 of my all time favorite easy ways to can up the tomato!.
